A hectic work pace, accumulating responsibilities or difficult personal situations can quickly become overwhelming. The signs of stress are varied, but can include: disturbed sleep, difficulty concentrating, procrastination, irritability, conflicts, fatigue or sadness.

Stress Check-up workshops - Better understanding to better manage stress

This workshop is focused on awareness and practice, making sure you leave with concrete tools which can be applied on a daily basis to both recognise and manage stress in your professional and personal life.

In this 1.5-hour interactive workshop, you will learn to:

  • Identify the signs of stress: spot physical, emotional and cognitive warning signals before they impact your well-being and efficiency.
  • Understand the mechanisms of stress: discover how stress affects your brain and body, and why certain reactions are automatic.
  • Experience cardiac coherence: a simple and powerful technique to regulate stress in a few minutes and quickly regain calm and mental clarity. A practical session with the InnerBalance sensor allows you to measure and improve cardiac coherence in real time.

Discover our individual Stress Check-up assessment

The Stress Check-up is a complete physiological assessment that allows you to measure your stress level in real-time and get immediate feedback on the state of your body. This assessment includes two breathing exercises (one and five minutes), heart rate variability measurements, as well as cardiac coherence training to teach you effective stress management techniques.

After the assessment you will receive:

  • A detailed analysis of your results: you will receive a personalized report on the state of your cardiac coherence and the stress factors identified.
  • Practical recommendations: based on your results, our experts will offer you tailored advice and specific exercises to integrate into your daily life to improve your well-being.
  • Cardiac coherence training: you will learn simple techniques to reduce stress, improve your concentration and regain better emotional balance.
