HSE Colour Theme for Documents
Here’s a guide for changing the colour theme in your MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. The colour codes are listed in the table below, and further down you’ll find instructions and videos for each of the three programs.

For the other themes (headlines, links, etc.) no change of colour is needed.
Choose a name for your new theme so that you can find it easily. Once you’ve changed in one of the three programs, it should appear automatically in the other ones.
Excel
You’ll find it under Page layout > Colours > Customise colours
Word
You’ll find it under Design > Colours > Customise colours
PowerPoint
You’ll find it under Design > Variants – More > Colours > Customise colours
