This Security Form SF-SH-1-0-1 “Official Guided Tour Request” is a tool to assist in the implementation of General Safety Instruction GSI-SH-1 “Visits to the field of CERN “for any official guided tour for which there is no Safety Visit file.
This Safety Form is for the relevant partners; it will be adapted according to the possible evolution of the tour circuit.
