Self-declaration and auto-evaluation of COVID-19 cases

In case of symptoms, having been in contact with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case or if you have any doubt about your state of health, please use the TRAMED tool to auto-evaluate the situation and declare yourself if necessary.

Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the tool, and use it each time you think you may have been exposed – it is there to help the Medical Service effectively manage the situation, to help keep people safe, and to help you.

TRAMED declarations can be made 24/7. Each declaration will be assessed by the medical service on working days (declarations made at the weekend will be assessed the following Monday morning).

In case of difficulty please call +41 22 766 7777 (8am - 5pm, on working days)
In case of emergency, call the national emergency numbers (15 in France, 144 in Switzerland).
