General administration

Welcome all newcomers in the HSE unit.

Point of entry of the HR department for administrative matters and liasion with the different HR services in that respect:

  • Participation to the 'Groupe de Travail sur les Procédures Administratives' GTPA.

General administration for HSE unit covers:

  • Administration matters concerning contractual situation (Creation of Personal Action Forms for staffs, fellows, doctoral and technical students and for prolongation or termination of contracts and subsistence payments),
  • Administration matters for technical trainees 'stagiaires' in the HSE unit,
  • Administration matters for HSE external collaborators (registration).

Coordination of the MERIT's exercise following the directives of the Head of the Unit and in collaboration with the Group Leaders and HR department.

Management of the locks and keys requirements.

Control and check the overtime summary for the HSE unit.
