- looking at the HSE car pool organisation next to your office building

- if the need cannot be fulfilled by the pools and is very specific, it should be reported and discussed with the supervisor

- once the need is defined (how often, which car type, ...) the supervisor contacts the HSE Car Fleet coordinator.
